Associate consultant

Coordinator/Specialist, APAC Finance

The position requires an individual who can be an effective expert in a position with 6+ years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a captive unit of a multi-national firm. The person will be outgoing, and comfortable in a truly multinational environment, working with different cultures, styles and all levels of staff. 

Key Requirement:

* Strong Accounting concepts / knowledge 

* Prior working knowledge in ERP, preferably SAP HanaS4

* Excellent MS-Office knowledge

* Ability to work under pressure


Purchasing Manager

We are seeking procurement staff person to purchase parts and materials. Basic Knowledge of accounting, basic computer skills. Position entails meeting with sales representatives to ensure materials are received in a timely manner. Full time position with all benefits. 

-Placing purchasing orders with vendors

-Generating purchase orders and transmitting purchase orders to suppliers

-Maintain purchase order and purchasing process documentation

-Produce inventory and purchasing reports

-Research best suppliers

-Match purchase orders to invoices from vendors

-Quality management of parts

-Ensure on-time delivery of parts

-Manage physical demands indicative of the position; possible available accommodation for individuals with disabilities


We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, persistent, and can communicate confidently with a strong customer service mindset.


Inventory Specialist

As an Inventory Specialist, you are responsible for putting inventory away in the correct location at our warehouse. In order to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, you will also pick, pack and pull equipment and prepare it for shipment. Additional responsibilities include performing cycle counts, physical inventories and tearing down out-of-date equipment for scrap.

Responsibilities:

  Complete all stages of order fulfillment including accurately picking, packing and shipping orders

  Assist management in maintaining inventory levels and notifying for timely re-orders

  Periodically pick-up orders from local suppliers

  Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness

  Additional duties required as needed
